Skin & Health
Non-surgical cosmetic medicine for aesthetic medicine and dermatology
Mesotherapy is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation treatment using a series of precise micro-injections to deliver a customised blend of active ingredients into the superficial layers of the skin. Depending on your individual treatment plan, the formulation may contain ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, vitamins, minerals, amino acids and other skin-supporting compounds.

At YourHealthFirst Clinic on Wimpole Street, London, mesotherapy can be performed using the U225 Meso Gun, a specialised medical mesotherapy device designed to deliver controlled, rapid micro-injections with a high degree of consistency and precision. The treatment can also be performed using a manual micro-injection technique, depending on the area being treated, the skin condition and the chosen formulation.

Mesotherapy works by introducing small amounts of carefully selected ingredients directly into the skin rather than relying solely on topical skincare products. The aim is to improve skin hydration, radiance, texture and overall quality, while supporting the skin's natural regenerative processes.
The U225 Meso Gun delivers a rapid series of very fine micro-injections into the superficial skin layers. This allows the treatment to be administered evenly and precisely across the selected area.
Mesotherapy may be suitable for people concerned about dull or tired-looking skin, dehydration, uneven skin texture, fine lines and loss of skin radiance. Depending on the formulation selected, it may also form part of a personalised treatment plan for areas affected by pigmentation, superficial skin imperfections or signs of ageing.
The treatment can be tailored to different areas, including the face, neck, décolletage and other areas of the body, depending on your individual needs.
At YourHealthFirst Clinic, we use the U225 Meso Gun when appropriate to provide controlled micro-injections over the treatment area. This technique allows the practitioner to deliver the selected mesotherapy formulation consistently and accurately while treating larger areas efficiently.
For some patients, manual micro-injection mesotherapy may be more appropriate. Your treatment technique and formulation are selected according to your skin, the area being treated and your desired outcome.
Depending on your individual treatment plan, mesotherapy can be delivered using different techniques.
The technique used will depend on your skin condition, treatment area, formulation and desired outcome.
Yes. Mesotherapy can be incorporated into a broader skin rejuvenation programme and may be combined with treatments such as PRP therapy, microneedling, anti-wrinkle injections or dermal fillers, where clinically appropriate.
Your treatment plan will be designed around your skin concerns, treatment history and desired outcome.
At YourHealthFirst Clinic, mesotherapy is carried out as part of a personalised aesthetic and regenerative skin treatment approach. Each treatment is selected following an assessment of your skin and your individual objectives, with the aim of achieving natural-looking improvements in hydration, texture, radiance and overall skin quality.
